Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

layoodanceai.com turns one adult portrait into a short vertical Layoo dance video. One clip spends 10 credits. Packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription. Credits last 365 days. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Video model

Clips are generated with Seedance 2.5. The portrait you upload supplies the person and the clothes. We do not swap in another vendor's image model for that step.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with the service, or send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

You also agree not to upload a portrait, or ask for a clip, that includes any of the following:

• Sexual content, including nudity and pornography.
• Extreme violence, gore, or blood.
• Hate speech, or an attack on a person for who they are.
• Anyone under 18 in a sexual context, including child sexual abuse material.
• A real person who did not agree, including a non-consensual deepfake or an impersonation of a public figure.
• Someone else's copyright or trademark, including a club shirt, a crest, broadcast footage, or a real athlete's likeness.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. It is the content rule for clips made with Seedance 2.5. We do not pre-screen every portrait before a job starts. A report starts this loop: report, review, action, notify.

Report. Email support@layoodanceai.com with the account email if you know it, the approximate time of the clip, and what is wrong. Do not attach illegal imagery. A complete report is one that lets us identify the clip.

Review. A person checks the report against the rules above. We may look at the uploaded portrait and the generated clip.

Action. We may warn the account, remove the portrait and the clip, suspend the account, or ban the account. A serious breach can skip the warning. Where the law requires it, we report the content to the authorities.

Notify. We email the reporter with the outcome. If we warn, remove content, suspend, or ban, we email the account holder with the action and how to appeal.

Response time. Business days are Monday to Friday, UTC. We acknowledge a complete report within 2 business days. We finish the review and email the outcome within 7 business days of that report. For child sexual abuse material, or a credible threat of serious violence, we disable access within 24 hours of a complete report.

Credits when we enforce these rules. Credits spent on a clip we remove for a breach are not returned, and they are not refunded in cash. Credits left on a banned account are forfeited, except where the law requires a refund. A failed job still returns its 10 credits. An unused pack can still be refunded under the payment section below.

The account holder may appeal by replying to our notice within 14 days. We email a decision within 7 business days. The steps, and what counts as a serious breach, are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment, credits, and refunds

Packs are paid in advance at the prices on the pricing page: $9.90, $19.90, and $29.90. You are responsible for paying from an account you are allowed to use.

Failed clip. If the video job fails, the 10 credits for that clip return to your account automatically. You do not need to email us. That return is credits, not cash.

Successful clip. A finished clip spends 10 credits. Those credits are not refunded in cash. A result you dislike is not a failed job. A new portrait needs a new spend of 10 credits.

Unused pack. If no successful clip has spent credits from a purchase, email support@layoodanceai.com within 14 days of payment and ask for a refund. Include the email on the account and the date you paid. We check that the pack is unused, then submit a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. The bank or wallet may take longer to show it. We do not refund part of a pack after a successful clip. Credits that expire after 365 days are not refunded.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You keep the portrait you upload. You may post the MP4 you download, subject to the content rules above and to the consent of the person in the portrait.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including the content rules above. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
